A 45 minute nutritional comprehensive intake to evaluate dietary practices that affect gut health and hormonal balances. Addressing signs and symptoms that include: - inflammatory skin conditions (i.e. inflammed acne breakouts, rosacea, and atopic dermatitis) - bloating - flatulence (excessive gas) - inconsistent bowel movements/constipation - acid reflux - upset stomach - stomach pain or cramping associated with menstrual cycles After the session you will receive and emailed customized nutritional reference sheet that includes your recommendations to help you improve your daily dietary practices and a FREE daily vitamin and mineral reference guide. ** If you need to reschedule, cancellations must be made 24 hours from your scheduled appt., or you will be charged fee.
